Calls go out on weekdays, in Central time. The morning window runs from 8 AM to 11 AM, midday from 11 AM to 2 PM, and the afternoon from 2 PM to 6 PM. Pick the one that falls in your lull, not your rush. If the line doesn't connect, a written follow-up from us arrives within one business day.

What to have ready

Bring a few numbers: how many rooms, how many pieces, the ZIP code where the truck will stop, and the day you plan to open. A specialist is also the right first stop for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico: large orders may be delivered there, with the route and the price settled in writing.
