Who runs the site
Daybreak Restaurant Furniture is the business behind this website and looks after the information gathered here. Questions about it go to sales@restaurantfurniture.shop. Weekday hours at that mailbox are 8 AM to 6 PM Central Time.
What we keep from an order
An order leaves a record. It holds the name, email address and ZIP code from the form, any company, phone number or project notes you chose to add, and the furniture you picked with its finishes, quantities and prices. The record also notes which page sent you and any campaign labels in that link. Our team sees each record in a private dashboard, and a copy reaches us by email, so a person can follow up with you on the order, its freight quote and payment. The companies that build and ship your furniture are given only the delivery details they need. We never sell your information.
Cookies and visit counts
The site sets two cookies. The first is a session cookie: it holds your basket, protects the forms, and disappears when you close the browser. The second is a secure cookie that lets this browser return to your saved cafe plans, and it lasts up to 400 days. To find out which pages bring in orders, we also tally product page visits, saved plans, basket additions and sent orders, tied together by a random reference that goes stale after 30 idle minutes. None of it includes your name, email, IP address or cookie value, and every tally is erased after 90 days. Visitors whose browsers send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are skipped, as are recognized bots and our own staff. The company hosting the site keeps security logs of its own, and those can contain IP addresses. We run no advertising trackers here.
How cafe plans are stored
Your cafe plans live on our server and are used by this website alone. Each plan stores its name, your notes, and for every item the finish references, quantity and saved price. Access rests on the secure cookie: only the browser holding it can open a plan, which is why clearing cookies or switching browsers cuts you off. No account or share link is involved. Archived plans come back from the cafe plans page. Please do not write contact or payment details in a plan's notes.
Records and requests
Order records get a second look after 24 months with no activity, and we delete the ones we no longer need. To see what we hold about you, to fix it, or to have it deleted, write to sales@restaurantfurniture.shop. Nothing is charged on this website, so card numbers and payment details have no place in its forms. Payment instructions arrive by email once your order has been reviewed and confirmed.
