In this guide

Email is the way in: sales@restaurantfurniture.shop. We're at the desk on weekdays from 8 AM until 6 PM Central Time. Send something on a Saturday, or at 3 AM after a long closing shift, and it waits its turn and gets answered on the next business day. Whenever it arrives, expect a reply inside one business day.

Our hours on your clock

If you open early, our day starts early too. On the West Coast that's 6 AM to 4 PM. In the Mountain time zone it's 7 AM to 5 PM, and on the East Coast, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Choices get easier when the piece, its zone and its price live in one cafe plan.

Start the subject line with one word

Three words sort the mail. Put one first, then the project name, such as FREIGHT Corner Cafe second shop.

  • ORDER: anything about what you are buying, such as specs, pricing, or a change to an order already sent. Name the lines affected.
  • FREIGHT: delivery cost, extra services, scheduling, more than one address, and Canada. Describe each site.
  • CLAIM: freight damage, shortages, and defects.

What a good first message holds

A short list gets you a complete first answer. Include:

  • The delivery ZIP code for every address
  • What you want, with quantities, zone by zone
  • Your opening date, if you have one
  • Anything that affects the truck: no dock, a step at the door, stairs, narrow parking, receiving hours
  • A PO number, or a note that you are tax-exempt or buying for resale, which also goes in the order notes

A sketch of the room, a photo of your door or a project sheet downloaded from your cafe plan makes the answer sharper.

Opening a second shop? Put both addresses in one message, each with its ZIP code, its receiving hours and its date. Each address is quoted on its own.

Sending a claim

For freight damage, shortages, or defects, write CLAIM in the subject line and give the order reference and a short description. Attach photos: the full item, a close look at the defect, and the labels. Time matters. Concealed damage has a 24-hour clock that starts at delivery, and shortages and defects must be reported in writing within three days of receipt. The delivery page lists what to do at the truck, and the warranty explains the remedies.
