Order free samples and see the color in your own light

Screens flatter every color. A swatch held up at your own window at 8 AM does not. Samples cost nothing, and you can ask for four things: table top materials, metal swatches, wood stain and finish samples, or upholstery swatches.

Where do the samples go?

Try the finish beside the counter.

Compare available references with the counter, floor, and table finishes in your cafe. Keep the product names beside the materials you want to see.

Use the request form to identify the materials you would like to review. The team checks which samples are available for the selected products; an inspiration image does not identify an orderable finish.

How to ask

Use the form on this page. Name the products and the options you're weighing, so what arrives matches what you plan to order. A confirmation email lands within one business day.

How they travel

UPS Ground brings them, usually in two to three business days. When the box arrives, put the samples on the counter under the room's own lights, then look again at 2 PM after the sun has moved.

Before you order

Approve custom upholstery and special-order finishes on a physical sample first, because a confirmed custom line can't be cancelled or returned. The same advice holds for a reorder, or for an addition to a room that's already open: color lists change, so ask for a fresh swatch. The materials page explains how each finish behaves, and the furniture catalog is where you configure the pieces you've chosen.
